Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are not eligible for a refund unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

3. Online Orders

Cancellation: You can cancel an online order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the start of food preparation.

Returns: Since food items are perishable, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order (e.g., wrong delivery), please contact us immediately for resolution, which might include a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Event Catering

Cancellation: For catering services, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits. Within 7 days, cancellations may be subject to a fee based on the preparation already undertaken.

Changes: Significant changes to the order (e.g., number of guests, menu choices) must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within this window might not be fully accommodated or could incur additional charges.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment whenever possible. If the original method is not available, alternative arrangements will be made.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval, but the actual time for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
